What does life sound like as music? That’s at the heart of creative musical expression. Since my early days, music has been a constant companion, a tool by which to express and explore the subtleties of life, love, and faith. Musicianship and faith have long been intertwined in me over the years – music studies leading to seminary studies. As a pastor of a small church, I use words to communicate the Gospel of Christ, and as a composer,
I work out what a life following Jesus sounds like.

I began playing the guitar as a teen, studying classical and playing in bands. Though completing college as a classical guitarist, my penchant for 70’s soft rock and jazz fusion shows in my compositions. I spent many years teaching and performing guitar professionally. These days I serve as a pastor and compose guitar music for fun.
